Origins of Music

Hello fellow bloggers and Todd. Today on this fine day I will discuss the very first origins of music. From things that I have researched some think that the invention of music never came because it has always been here. The website suggests that various nature noises such as birds chirping, water falling, and wind blowing are all examples of music that have been here for, well, since the beginning of time.

The first thing I think of when the words origins of music come in that specific order is all those early composers like Beethoven. These composers influenced music extremely and changed the world. Other music such as the music from Africa that was brought by the slaves to America greatly influenced the music in America in the up-coming years. It is crazy how different cultures have different types of music and instruments but at the same time even the most tone-deaf person can acknowledge a nicely played tune when it is done.

Favorite Artist

Hey fellow bloggers and Todd. Today, I will be discussing my favorite artist. The fact is that I don't have any one favorite artist. I change my mind to much about songs. Awhile ago I couldn't stop listening to Drake. The motto. H.Y.F.R. Headlines. Who couldn't like those songs. Haters I guess. Lately Big Sean has been my boy. The way he raps is awesome. Songs like Till I Die or I Don't Care are awesome. Heck, he even has a song with Justin Bieber.

I don't just listen to rap though. Everlast is a band that I love, their songs What it's Like and White Trash Beautiful have awesome messages, and have been a part of my life for many years. If you haven't listened to What It's Like I strongly suggest it. You won't regret it. Also, a rapper that has been in my life for the longest is Eminem. He has so many songs that can relate to many people.

Woohoo..

Dubstep. When people started listening to dubstep I just couldn't make out why it was so cool. I mean, it is just a bunch of different sounds with some heavy bass drops. To add onto the mess of dubstep, people tried beat-boxing to it? Seriously guys? You sounded like a bunch of robots short-circuiting. It has to be one of the most annoying things ever. Just quit now and go back to old school beat-boxing, Will Smith in Men in Black 2 style.

But hey, I'm not all hater. There are some pretty dirty dubsteps out there. My favorite has got to be Bangarang by Skrillex. That song touches my head-knodding nerves everytime. To add onto that, some songs have a rapper in them and then have a nice little skit of dubstep in them, that is always refreshing and always gets me into the flow of the song. It is like I am on a nice fluffy cloud and all of a sudden there is a massive thunder-storm all around me. Good analogy? I'm thinking yes.
